Amit Ranjan has an interesting review of the various Indian social bookmarking sites. Most of them are on the same lines as Digg. One site that is missed is Shunya, which is more like Slashdot. However, one of the apparent missing features in these sites is localization (Shunya has it). Social bookmarking is not just an application, it is a culture. India, a country with so many languages, will be hesitant in adopting any culture that does not talk its language.
