Blog Design

Scoble does not like the Windows Vista blog design. I think that it does depend on what kind of posts you write and their frequency and what your blog functions as. It really should be form follows function. I like the “river” style blog design that Dave Winer has. But even that will not work for all the blogs. Overall, I prefer a mullet style design, where either top one or two posts are shown in full and the rest are shown in titles or excerpts. In any case, it should be easy for the reader to read, otherwise I too end up using the feed reader more.
