Short Posts

Andy Merret explains how short posts can be beneficial for your blog. He cites various statistics and reading patterns which indicate that posts with less than 300 characters can help. Well, I am not sure of the numbers, but I am sure that short posts are useful for the blogger. That is why I created the asides category. I think the core reason is a way of not having to worry about the size – if the content is worthy, it becomes a post.

    Asides/Small posts are also a good way to give away links. I use them mainly for that :) .
