		<description>I remember reading about XUL about a year and a half ago, and it was interesting to see what you could do with it, but I think it&#039;s going to find a lot of competition from things like Apollo and these start pages like NetVibes.

I remember when StarOffice resembled a mini DE in its own right. It had a bottom bar just like windows 95/98/2000 with a start button and a clock.

Ultimately, it&#039;s all about developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, developers, WHOOOOO!!!!</description>
