KUBA

Fraser Kelton writes about KUBA as a change management tool. Know - Understand - Believe - Act. It does click immediately, I think if everyone did follow this it would eliminate most of the problems. Not only change management, any collaborative activity would need it. Most of the problems occur because people try to act even before they even try to know. Another important point that Fraser mentions is about communicating. Yes that is the root of all good, or evil. KUBA is a good discipline to impose, at least on self.
