A Fixed Version Of The Theme

This blog now carries a fixed width theme, I will keep it for a while to experiment with it. I am trying to keep the width under 800px so that I do not have to do anything special to make it appear in whole on a 800×600 resolution machine. Since the spacing has reduced, I have added a background color for the sidebar, or the secondary content. My traffic shows that 2% of visitors to this blog are on a 800×600 resolution. I still believe that elastic and liquid themes are more appropriate as they make better use of resources. However, they are more difficult too, and one of my friends asked me a valid question if a blog required the complications. Another thing I am doing with this is to use literals to specify the font sizes. Feel free to give your input.
